SST is just like family

The  environment and level of  trust, understanding and enthusiastic willingness to help me with my recent order for a QCB-3561U - 16" Notebook Computer truly mirrored that of my closest family members who also helped to facilitate the order and delivery of it to my location in Canada.

As a Biofeedback practitioner since 2006, I have seen and experienced the many changes in the world of Biofeedback but through it all, when SST became established the consistency in an ever-expanding scope of comprehensive services  that were and have been offered since their inception was and is welcomed on al levels.  That is what I craved in the midst of the chaos that other organizations and associations had become. 

The team of highly skilled professionals at SST do the hard and arduous leg work so Biofeedback practitioners  don’t have to and that makes a Biofeedback professional’s life so much easier. 

I have been a member of SST since their beginning, and I strongly recommend both Membership and the SST Secure + Complete Support, which I have set up with their convenient automatic renewal program.  

The SST Secure + Complete Support provides everything that a Biofeedback practitioner needs to maintain their computers, have them updated and serviced remotely, as well as providing advice and effective protective programs to keep equipment secure and as free as is possible from cyber attacks and such nonsense. 

This support service has proven to be invaluable to me as I am significantly visually impaired, which makes it challenging and very time consuming for me to do the needed maintenance of my computers and the Biofeedback software myself. 

For all Biofeedback practitioners, know that it is far more convenient to schedule having all of that done remotely by an SST professional, and the bonus is that it comes with the assurance that it has been done correctly and completely.  That provides Biofeedback practitioners with the time to do what they do best – to provide Biofeedback services and Wellness coaching to their clients with well maintained and updated software that functions reliably.

When the time came to replace my current Biofeedback computer with one that could handle Windows 11 and the newest Biofeedback software programs I had two options.

I could purchase a laptop that met the required specifications in Canada, have it customized and loaded with the newest version of software by my local tech support or purchase a laptop  directly from SST that was specifically designed  and built  to accommodate and operate the newest version of Biofeedback software. 

Even though I expected that some  challenges would arise in having a customized  SST laptop shipped across the border from the USA into Canada due to cross border & import restrictions that were in place at the time, I chose to purchase a new laptop  directly from SST, because I have come to trust SST as the most reliable, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive in all aspects of the  Biofeedback profession. 

The alternative of purchasing a laptop locally and going through the process of uploading and transferring programs from the old laptop to the new one by someone who though very knowledgeable but not up to speed in the field of Biofeedback, just couldn’t come close to the convenience and assurances that I trusted a direct purchase from SST would provide.

Truly, the experience that began with the selection and  purchase of  a new laptop that is a perfect fit for my professional needs, through the many discussions to facilitate having the laptop uploaded with the newest version of software and the transfer of customized programs from my existing but outdated laptop into the new one, was made so much easier than I had anticipated by everyone at SST treating me with understanding and respect as a valued family member throughout the entire process and continuing to do so without interruption.

From the selection of the computer which was recommended by Ron, Stephanie and Kristi as the best match for my  Biofeedback practice – a practice  which is restricted to annual contracts with corporations to serve their executive level employees with Biofeedback & Wellness coaching services - to the computer’s ultimate delivery from SST to a family  member’s business address in the USA from where it was delivered by them to me in Canada, the professionals at SST made it a priority to help make that happen as smoothly as was possible, just like the closest members  of my family did.

The SST staff maintain an exquisite balance between their professionalism and the supportive embrace of SST’s Private members as an extended family. That is an achievement that is so rarely found in any profession or business these days that I feel that it deserves the emphasis that I give it and the heart felt appreciation I have for it.

It is also very much appreciated that  SST kept  me informed throughout the entire process of my purchase of a new laptop, which included their advice with respect to transferring programs like the Freddy Zap from my existing laptop to the new one and the timely updates as to progression of that process.

When the  final transfer that needed to be done – the SST Secure + Complete Support package – was installed in the new laptop. it was shipped out and arrived in a ready to use state at its USA destination two days later.

My brother and sister-in-law, who have no experience in operating the Biofeedback system were easily guided by me over the phone as to how to enter the login information should they be asked to turn the laptop on and operate it in Customs  & Border Security when they brought the laptop into Canada as  carry-on luggage when returning home.  They cleared Customs without issue due to the laptop being ready to go through the foresight of the staff at SST.

I am very appreciative of everyone at SST for all that they did and how they went about facilitating the selection, through the purchase and delivery of the new laptop, as well as for the support, understanding and accommodation of personal situations that arose at my end that they have extended since its purchase.

Jaden contacting me with concerns that updates that needed to be installed as part of the regular and automatic service under the SST Secure + Complete Support package couldn’t be done until the laptop was turned on was and is very much appreciated.  It hadn’t been turned on for a while because I had been using my old laptop which had the software that I was more familiar with to help my father who had been placed in Hospice Care.

I am happy to report that despite it being almost unheard of, my father has returned home from Hospice and is doing remarkably well for he past two months, much to the surprise of his team of attending physicians and specialists.

Without a doubt, his recovery is in large part due to the support of the Biofeedback system and that support was made available through the many courses that I have taken through SST.  Special thanks to Fernando for many of those and everyone at SST for the weekly Hangouts too.

His expertise in the field of computer science has helped me through the years to solve challenges when they arose, and those solutions most often were accompanied by information as to the causes and conditions that allowed the challenges to come about in the first place. In that way, we were able to correct the challenges and prevent them from reoccurring.

Most recently Ron’s expertise shone through as a striving to keep costs as low as was possible while ensuring the ongoing quality and efficiency of the current selection of laptops at SST.

I would be dead if not the SCIO, my story is one for the books, I had Lyme disease, when I was back in med school a Professor said Lyme is like cancer+AIDS together, I had goosebumps thinking I hope I will never get it and here I was on my deathbed. As many of us know the modern medicine is hopeless in dealing with that, it is suppressed for a reason, under Lyme we have 70+ illnesses, look at the money-making machine, it is simply evil to profit off people's misery, hope this will change very very soon.

How did I come across SST.......about 10 y ago I've met a woman who had SCIO because 22y ago she refused to die from breast cancer, I was blowing away such a technology exist and we can have it as coffee machine at home. I do think God works his magical ways by putting the right people in our life paths, NOBODY came to this technology by an accident, it was a deliberate guidance. It is not an easy piece of technology, but not impossible to learn, what helped me to concur this is my medical background, all I was missing the Golden Nugget my SCIO (which I have a name for like a human) and here I went, I was working on myself nonstop, I ignored the Alerts, I was determined to live, I was literally on my deathbed and 2 young kids too young to leave them motherless. From the very first time I felt some kind shift in my body, something was happening no words to explain the feeling, in 90 days I was 80% well and another 6 months I was fully recovered. Now Lyme doesn't show up for about 8 years AT ALL, I look younger, people give me 10-15 y off my age, I have no health issues at all. I used it on many many people to help them from flu to cancer and all in between, this is absolutely an amazing lifesaving Technology! One day I want to go to Michigan and meet everyone at SST, they are just Angels in disguise, wonderful loving people.

"I bought my device many years go and was so lost with how to use it. I spent a great deal of time just trying to figure out the logical progression of a session using the time wisely as well as being the most effective. I am sure that many when they buy a device have no idea what is all entailed with this purchase. My friend recommended me to purchase a biofeedback software from SST. She purchased hers from SST two years before me. I asked my friend if she ever regretted purchasing the software from SST. I was cautious because it was a very expensive shopping. She told me she never had any regrets. She also told me that she is very satisfied with their support after the purchase.

With her strong recommendation, I purchased an S8 in January 2024.  Some parts for an S8 did not arrive to the SST office on time, so that SST generously upgraded my S8 order to a brand new Q9, which I was very lucky and grateful for.

More fascinating and impressive to me than the solar eclipse that occurred during that time, was watching him methodically progress through all of the work that he did via his remote control of my computer, and so while millions gazed skyward, I opted to focus on watching a true master in action instead.
